Back orders: Back orders can be shipped alone or with your next order. Stock will be held for up to 5 days, then made available for others.

Returns: We must be contacted ASAP before any items are shipped to us. Any parcel received without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please provide a copy of any correspondace with your return.

Packaging Returns: Special attention has to be made for Helicopter kits, Parts andFuselages being returned. On these items it is mandatory to repack the individual items with necessary paper and to double box (use second cardboard box around the actual product box.)

Missing items: Unfortunately mistakes can happen. If you received an order and were charged for items ordered but not shipped, then you must notify us immediately to have the items reshipped or have billing corrected.

Damaged Shipments: If you discover an item has been damaged in transit, contact us immediately in order for us to initiate a claim and to present the item in question. Do not return the damaged items to until we have contacted you.

Restocking Fee: Stock can only be returned if the merchandise is in the original new package and is within 30 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 20%. Any shipment over 30 days from the invoice date is not returnable
Placing Orders and Payment

Placing Orders: Pleasse use our Account Login. This will ensure all your shipping details are correct and part numbers are accurate. If you have a special request please email ahead and we do our best to help you.

Payment: All order need to paid for before shipping. Local orders (Australia wide) have an option of Paypal or direct deposit. All international orders must be Paypal.
