Optional drill guide set for quick drilling of idler bock screw holes and tail gear box locator pin hole. Included are 1.5mm and 2mm drill bits. Can be used many times incase of boom or frame replacement. Also ensures tail box is setup correctly so tail is set at 90 degrees.
Simple to use. For the tail, glue template to 90 degree arm as pictured. Now wiith the boom mounted in the helicopter, on a flat surface, align the jig with the end of the boom. Ensure the leg of the jig is firmly flat on your surface, then drill with the supplied 2mm drill bit.

For the frame: align the jig with the frame, as pictures. Drill with the supplied 1.5mm drill bit. Jig will do both sides. Note: when first setting up the plastic idler block, plase block inside the frame with the bearings closer to the main shaft (the bearing are mounted off-center) and then when drilling, only drill slightly into the block. The self tapping screws will do the rest.
